Event short description:
4th edition of the event for chefs, sous chefs, restaurant managers and owners. Divided into educational and trade sectors. Main stage hosts speakers – 900 listeners are welcome, trade zone offers booth space of 2.000 m2 (attached stands plan).

Commented 45 min tastings for 16 guests each, on how to match food with wine in a restaurant, tutored by Tomasz Prange Barczyński, each master class fully booked:
– 11:30 – 12:15 general rules of matching food with wine
– 13:00 – 13:45 fish and wine
– 15:30 – 16:15 beef and wine

STAGE ACTIVITY
14:40 – 15:10 presentation on main stage „New California Opening” on a substantial increase of star restaurants in California and on their secrets for success, presented by Tomasz Prange Barczyński.

CALIFORNIA WINES STAND

– 1 big tasting table, lenght 5,4m
– wine presented by color (red / white / pink);
