On March 9, we hosted our bi-annual BIG tasting. The Panorama Deck at the Emporio witnessed a jam packed blind tasting of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to 100 Horeca professionals, presented by Konstantin Baum MW. This was followed by a large tasting of California Wines.

On March 10 2020, we organised our bi-annual BIG tasting at the Opera House in Copenhagen.

The California Wine Institute, in cooperation with San Francisco based Full Circle Wine Solutions, has developed the CAPSTONE California Wines Education Program. With 4 certification levels and practical tasting courses through approved educators all over the world, this is probably the most comprehensive wine country education program in the world.
