Op 10 maart 2020 organiseerde wij onze tweejaarlijkse overzichtsproeverij The BIG Tasting in het Opera gebouw in Copenhagen

The masterclass had focus on four California regions that offer perfect conditions for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 5 Chardonnay and 5 Pinot Noirs were tasted as part of an interactive blind tasting, 2 of them jokers. 47 persons were on the waiting list, so the interest was enormous. The tasting was held in the beautiful Opera of Copenhagen. It was the last day before Denmark closed down, so we were lucky. 300+ professionals and 200 consumers participated. In the “New to Market” section, 5 sommeliers presented the wines of wineries that had to cancel. The local partners of our sponsor US Meat Federation served great Nebraskan beef from Greater Omaha. And we had a huge screen with California Road show and live music with California songs in the entrance.
